Andreas was already a managing partner at Springer & Jacoby Media at the age of 33. He was a founder and partner of Mediaplus and Plan.Net Media in Hamburg, acting as managing partner from 2009 and spokesman of the management with responsibility for the Mediaplus agency group – the largest owner-managed media agency in Germany with 200 employees and a billing volume of more than 1 billion euros. In 2009, Andreas Bahr was named agency manager of the year by new business, and in 2011 he was once again listed among the top 100 managers of the year in media and marketing by W&V.

Daniel Frericks is creative director for text. He joined Jung von Matt in 1999, where he was named creative director after five years before becoming executive creative director at Jung von Matt/Alster three years later. During this time he won over 100 national and international creative prizes, including Cannes Lions awards. He also won five GWA Effie Awards and a major AME Award for especially effective marketing communication. In 2011, he set up his own business by opening the creative agency neues aus hamburg, which he successfully managed for five years. Daniel has worked for the following clients, among others:

Géza Unbehagen is a brand and communications strategy consultant. After graduating and gaining initial experience at BBS, S&J and Jung von Matt, he became managing director of Springer & Jacoby in Hamburg at the age of 32. In 2006, he founded Serviceplan Hamburg with other partners, acting as managing director. In 2010, he began managing Saatchi & Saatchi Germany as chief operating officer with over 200 employees in three agencies. He is a member of Account Planning Group Germany and the Marketing Club, and he has won eight GWA Effie Awards and four AME Awards for especially effective marketing communications in recent years.

Stefanie Hahn has worked at Fluent since it was founded (in 2013) and has played a major role in developing the media segment. At Fluent, she is responsible for strategy, innovation, analysis and market research as well as media planning and purchasing through all offline and online formats.
