20th anniversary campaign

The task

To mark the 20th anniversary of AIDA, Fluent developed a national out-of-home and digital campaign with extensive reach in 2016. The goal was to celebrate the brand and its loyal fans while using their help to gain potential new customers for the brand.

The solution

Some 14 motifs present real fans who illustrate the AIDA experience in all its diversity, expressing why they love AIDA in credible fashion. The campaign was extended in digital format with videos of fan interviews on a website. These testimonials were collected from social media networks with the help of brand ambassador Franzi Knuppe as well as a special website developed by Fluent (

The result

The ad flight in 16 German cities achieved a high level visibility with more than 2,000 surfaces covered. In the digital world, the campaign was also promoted using online banners and social media posts. The website far exceeded expectations and generated a multitude of leads for the brand with more than 120,000 visitors during the campaign.
