The task

The core brand Sixt and other brands of the group are very different when it comes to brand positioning and perception as well as market performance and the competitive situation in various European markets. The task of Fluent is to lift the status quo and develop suggestions for improvement in collaboration with the client.

The solution

Based on the quantitative and qualitative market research projects carried out by Fluent in the respective markets (brand KPIs, communication effect, suitability of creative concepts, etc.), recommendations have been derived for improving the status quo, and some initial basic principles have been created with regard to media strategy.

The result

Significant improvement of all the relevant brand KPIs (based on regular evaluation) and very positive development of market share in the respective markets.
